1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address and phone number when you create an account or sign up for alerts. We automatically collect certain usage data, including the companies you look up, your session identifier, device type, browser, and general location (country/region). We do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve Earningz, send you earnings alerts you have requested, respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. Alert communications are limited to one per day and contain only factual earnings data — no marketing content.
3. Anonymous sessions
Before you create an account, we assign your browser an anonymous session identifier stored as a cookie. This allows us to remember your watchlist and lookup history across visits. When you create an account, your anonymous session data is merged into your account.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating Earningz, subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International users
Earningz is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the service from the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA to the extent required.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at general@earningz.ai.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of Earningz may not function properly without them.
8. Children
Earningz is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
