By accessing or using Earningz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Big Blue Doors LLC, doing business as Earningz, a Georgia limited liability company.
2. Description of service
Earningz provides earnings data, AI-generated summaries, and related financial information for informational purposes only. Nothing on Earningz constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.
3. User accounts
You may use certain features of Earningz without an account. To access additional features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Earningz to violate any applicable law, scrape or systematically extract data without permission, interfere with the operation of the service, impersonate any person or entity, or transmit any harmful or malicious content.

6. AI-generated content
Earningz uses artificial intelligence to generate earnings summaries and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Earningz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Blue Doors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Earningz.
9. Transfer of accounts upon acquisition
In the event that Big Blue Doors LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your account information, usage data, watchlist, and associated data may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of such transaction, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer and provided the opportunity to delete your account prior to the transfer taking effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
